We have had a cold and clear couple of days, and on Friday night Äiti saw revontulet. Some of us did too but we did not linger long outside to watch.
Loyal Readers will remember that we always think these dancing lights are the tails of those at the Rainbow Bridge, waving back to us. It's been a hard time recently for so many friends as the Bridge has had so many newcomers, but they have settled and been welcomed. We look up with fond memories.

We don't get to see the Northern Lights in Helsinki, but whenever we see pictures, we get reminded of your interpretation of the lights, and we love it.
Mom says that she's seen the Northern Lights many times when she lived in Northern Norway (in fact far more north than Oulu!), and the thought of them presenting dear fellows is very comforting, beautiful and powerful.
Beautiful. Purrs
Mum says she has seen the lights once, they were red.
we love that ...
Beautiful photo and beautiful thoughts!
Our mum remembers seeing the lights as a young person. Now, with your mums interpretation , she'd love to see them more than ever. What a lovely sight they would be and so heartwarming..
