Safe Sunday

We have an update on Intruder Kitty for you.  Now Äiti went to a hardware store and bought a trap, and laced it with wet food. But it was ignored!
In fact I.K. had not been seen for a few days. So Äiti searched the website of the local eläinkoti, and I.K. was there already. He is safe and warm, and being fed. Some vigilant neighbour must have done their civic duty, which is to report stray kitties and they are then collected for rehoming. We are very grateful for that. So, I was taken outside the Catio to check out all the smells and make sure my Kingdom was secure. It is a long time since I was on the leash and I loved it.
I had a good look and sniff around and decided it was not necessary to peemail. Äiti was extremely surprised by this. I'm not - I'm saving it for later......

Oh King P, you look so regal out surveying your kingdom!
We are happy to hear that I.K. was already picked up.
Happy Sunday!
XOXO

Based on what I saw earlier, there were kittehs stuck on the Catio that look like they would have enjoyed a little tour like that themselves. Perhaps Aiti could take another kitty out for his own stroll??

Thank God for kind hearts everywhere. I.K.looks a lot like my Turbo ( no, I didnt name him) and Turbo is a most splendid companion. We wish dear I.K. the most gentle and loving forever home.
Puna, your tail is magnificent.

Yay, IK was rescued! The trap may come in handy some other time; I've got three in my garage, and it's surprising how often I have to bring them out of storage. Puna, your furrs look fabulous against the green!
