Fragrant Friday

So I have been wearing the 'calming collar' which Äiti was very pleased with for a few days, until I had a real hissy pissy fit yesterday. Pöh. So the jury is still out on whether it 'works' or not. However, I have been enjoying wandering around in a cloud of kissanminttu vapours.  And it seemed completely natural for me to roll around, in Tessie's grated carrot pile*.
Oh yes, I loved it. Äiti thought it was most strange. But why shouldn't Tessie be the only one to like orange foods ?
Uh oh, did I really say that ?
Oops. Äiti, will you please remove these pictures and evidence ?
* many years ago Tessie had some threadworms (ugh) and carrots are a most excellent natural remedy for them so her diet was supplemented with them, and she has devoured them ever since!

And a note on eläinkoti for I.K. - Äiti will ensure he goes to a no-kill shelter. Cats are kept for 15 days in case an owner shows up and then are available for adoption. She has no intention of adding #15 here.

PPP, don't worry...*I* love sweet potatoes, which are the ultimate orange food! Embrace your veggie side proudly.

XX Sweet Pea (hey I'm a "P" too!)

I'm not a fan of carrots, surprisingly enough! I do think they look like they are fun to roll in.

Maybe if I was walking around in a cloud of nippy vapour I might do the same, but I don't like carrots. One of my food varieties has small pieces of carrot in it and I always leave them in a pile on the side of my dish.I do the same with the beans that are in another variety.

Puna, you obviously were overcome by kissanminttu...we understand and will erase the images of you with carrots in your furrs from our memories. Glad to hear about the eläinkoti too; thanks for that!
