Monday Mewings of Gratitude

And so I have persuaded Äiti to take my dictation (finally) and I give long overdue thanks for our bounteous Christmas gifts.  We show some of them, and out involvement in their opening.
This pink feather wand toy has distributed itself all over the house, somehow.
Here I am on top of a wonderful new blankie, guarding my toys. MY toys, notice, sent all the way from my beloved Maggie May.  She is my true and loyal Queen and I am ever faithful to her.
Jura inspected greetings from our extremely Loyal Readers, Lilla-Ebba, Max and Tepsu.
And from Ruska's sister Raisu we had loads of pouches and some new bowls. And bubbles - bubbles to play with in summer!
I also liked some of the packaging!
Mirsku and Mesi sat on Äiti's present. We totally dislike the guide to Copenhagen which was snuck into the parcel from Britcat cousins Bramble and Treacle - we are sure that did not meet with feline approval and some human interloper interfered. Pöh.
So, we have been very well fed (the turkey is still not quite finished) and enjoyed Christmas. Äiti is not feeling so well and we hope she will be up to blogging daily, but this may not be possible always. Our nursing duties are onerous indeed but we will face these burdens with good grace - afterall, Äiti possesses the thumbs.

What a wonderful haul!!! Your gifts are amazing...we are awestruck at the blanket and May Ling wonders if she could reserve it for some private time with her Leviathan Loverboy...she'll pay a chikkun tax if needed!

Our Mommy sends hugs and hopes Äiti is RESTING, preferably with several kittehs on board!

We are to be invaded by strangers tomorrow...

What a lot of nice gifts! I hope Äiti feels better soon - until then, you will have to spend extra time nursing her.

Copenhagen??? Hm. That's too far / too expensive for a day trip from The Castle. Sounds like 2016 has some bad surprises for you!

We're so sorry to read that Äiti is still / again feeling bad. We're thinking of her a lot. <3

What wonderful gifts! We are in awe!
Sitting on your blankie, you look just like a kitty, dear boy. So adorable. And that Mesi, what a captivating girl. We could look at her beautiful furs for hours.
Poor Aiti, we hope she can get fully over this before school starts again.
