Monday Mailbox Joy

We received a bountiful parcel in the mail. Just look! There were none of us in sight for about a nanosecond when it was opened.
Then there was a cautious approach...
...followed by a full on attack! There were toys and pouches and treats.
I had to check it all first - it is my role of course.
I had to inspect the 'catnip ball'. Veikko had to keep his non-existent whiskers away for a while so that I could indulge!
Mesi was wanting the feather toy.
There were some dried shrimpy treats - krill in fact. We don't know ho whales survive on these teeny tiny things.
We wonder if Aila could survive on them.....
We thank our wonderful kummi in Finland (S) for this parcel. Every year we get parcels from her and Ruska's sister Raisu, and her pals Tilli and Nurru. We are very grateful for this and Äiti will ensure that Risto and Roosa will get to share the fun too. Kiitos!

There is a Certain Whale HERE who would LOVE to try to live on krill, and krill alone...and maybe chikkun, too. What lovely gifts!

We love that kummi is still sending you a parcel every year! We're not too sure about the krill though. Mom says we didn't like those, and that she gave several boxes to Äiti.

What a gift parcel! Too bad we live so far away or we'd be over in a flash!
