At the weekend we had a sudden burst of heat, and the snow started to melt.
None of use was impressed - we do not like soggy paws. Äiti shifted heavy snow in order to stop too much ice forming on the catio as the temperature drops back down. And she is trying to sculpt the snow into piles for the golden glacier - when we are ready to decorate it. Right now there are some random yellow patches but no great peemail conversations. Now we want to melt your hearts. Here are some photos from Kissmollin - the 5 little squabs are now 8 weeks old and mini-tigers. All of them have found most excellent homes.
And none of them is coming to join perheeni!
Jaava and Jura are quite happy that their sister Annabella has taken such good care of the litter, and is a very protective, caring mother cat.
And we are proud of Äiti that she has been immune to kitten fever. We are most relieved.

OMC, those kittens are adorable! You guys lucked out that none of them wound up at your place!
We LOVE that picture of Annabella and her baby! We think she might be glad to see their backsides pretty soon though--then she can resume her lovely and peaceful life!
Those kittens are too cute!
Glad to hear that you've escaped kitten fever once again. Our Mommy says Preslee has about broken her from ever wanting a kitten again. She'll take old cats anyday. MOL!
Adorable pics! Thank you for sharing with us.
Happy Monday!
XOXO
MOL...I think I used to hear something like this...
You can look, but you can have them :)

The kittens are so adorable, but I think I heard that huge collective sigh of relief that none were coming to live with you.
