Well, Loyal Readers, today we dedicate this post to those scoundrels at the Katnip Lounge who left us a cheeky comment yesterday. Now we concede that our current snow levels are low, and the drifts do not actually cover our paws, but there is no need to cast doubt on what I write! Pöh! Of course these conditions are dangerous and it takes the very bravest on Finncats and Britcats to venture out. I challenge you sun-loving desert dudes to come here and step outside in this weather. Then we will see you change your tune! And then we can have a huge snowball fight and peeing up the golden glacier competition.
In the meantime, Ruska is unimpressed.
Pekka passes on his views.I shall not even look at you.
Mirsku cannot resist and sticks his tongue out, especially for May Ling.
And Seppo has his say - especially for Mom Trish! Of couse he is forgiven for not braving the cold.
Right now we have snow and horrible slush. It is unlikely to stay, and our golden glacier probably will not start to form for another month or so. We currently have about 6 hours of daylight.

I should wait and the Loungers cast the first snowball, but I say: Huzzah, Britcats and Finncats, for putting those Desert Rats in their place.
Oh wait, they are my neighbors right next door in Nevada.
Never mind.
OH! OH. oh...crappity. We'd lob snowballs at you but sadly, we haz NONE. However, it HAS snowed here (twice, before) and we were brave as anything, venturing out in the be-blizzarded Catio. We has photographic PROOF! That is, if Mommy can find it...she even built a snowcat!
In the meanwhile, Mommy thanks you for the Catnuts ornaments...hee hee heee!!!!!!
Being from southern California, I certainly would never cast aspersions on your snow drifts! I wouldn't even know what one was, actually.
Aha, the bums and tongue of disapproval!
We anxiously await Mom Trish's pics of snow over at the Lounge...
Have a great Sunday and make it easy, furriends.
We love Pekka's dot-dots! MOL!
Well hello there beautiful Ruska!
It's wonderful to see you! How did your lovely photo get mixed up in all of those cheeky butt shots?
Bum and tongue... Super cute!
I think you have left those Katnip Lounge Kitties in no doubt of your feelings, especially Seppo. Bwahahaha!
We cannot possibly imagine your winter as we live in Florida which basically never sees even a speck of snow.
We of course have always known that you are all very brave, manly and utterly awesome cats!
Purrs,
The Chans (in solidarity!)
Taitaa kohta tulla lisää lunta. Ainakin se tuo hieman valoa tähän pimeyteen.
What great photos! I especially love a good tongue shot.
HA, deep and dangerous our paws! Not ever close.
