Loyal readers, I thank you for your comments regarding the young ninja Sampo who will join us in 7 weeks. I will post more details about the origin of his name etc. later, when I can face the trauma of allowing the young whelp more space on MY blog. I do indeed think he will be a pawful, and needs to learn some respect pretty quickly. He does have a certain mischievous glint in his eye. Still, I coped with a double ninja-invasion so Äiti says this should be easy for me. I shall make her pay for such thoughts.
And of course we expect that Stran-veli will just flop over in a cuddly lump and welcome a new kitten with open paws. Hopefully they will be be less snowy than they are today.
Stran is very brave - he thinks nothing of sitting out in the snow and having a wash. I am pretty sure he was a Finncat in a former life!

A young kitty is always a challenge. We hope the introduction goes well.
Well, just as long as no one expect YOU to kittensit it should all work out just fine. Stran is a very fine ManCat and should take care of the newcomer. When he has learned all his manners, THEN maybe he can say hello to you.
Stan is one tough cookie! Except when it comes to kittens. ;-)
I don't know how he doesn't freeze his furs off bathing out in the snow....
Stran is a magnificent cat! I am a big fan. As, of course, I am your fan too. There is something about you fluffy red boys!
Bathing in the SNOW!? Oh BRRRRRRRR!
Hope Stran's tongue doesn't freeze to anything while he is washing. That could hurt!
Stran will help little Sampo to learn how to be a wonderful cat. Just like he did with you. Lots of love to all.
Stran is very brave to bathe in the cold snow. Brass monkeys come to mind so of course it is lucky he has been "tutored".
Yous knows what...me thinks Stran must be part polar bear!!!
Kisses
Nellie
