Tuesday Treat Trickery

For Christmas we were sent some absolutely yummy treats from our pals at the Poupounette.  It was Party Mix and made Äiti very happy because I loved it. I don't usually eat treats, but these were an exception. Äiti decided that as it was Christmas she wrap up some treats - in origami paper. Ruska can smell the treats but doesn't know how to open the package.
I come along for a sniff.
Äiti has spent time lovingly folding these little 'balloons' so I flick one around a little.
Towards my powerful jaws.......
.....and then the treat is all mine! None of this gentle unfolding:I am the master of antiorigami: paper tearing is my triumph.

So, uh, where's that treat? Or are we just supposed to "believe" you cleverly extracted it when Ruska could not? Or was it really that Ruska was on the very VERGE of unfolding the clever little package when it was rudely snatched from his grasp at the last possible moment?

Did I say "Lord of the Flies"? Maybe I meant "The Call of the Wild"!

That's right, Puna - why be neat? Ripping open paper is half the fun!

P.S. Gotta tell the troof: Those sunpuddles was from about a week ago. We haven't had a new ones in days and days. Still, we *do* see the sun way more often in the winter than you do!

"Antiorigami" - Mommy finds that hilarious. What is paper for, if not to be ripped? What a great idea.

Mum thinks that is a neat way to hide a treat. Too bad she doesn't know how to do that fancy paperfolding.

What a clever way to hide treats! Are there directions for folding these treat stashes in the internet or is it your own little secret? I would be thankful, if you could tip me in the right direction: I too know a "antiorigami artist" :D
