Right Size Wednesday

This is my box. It fits me. I am not a little cat. The box says medium. Grrrrr.

Äiti's note: Punapippuri is not exactly the largest in perheemme! We have to work hard to make him eat so he is not underweight, and he has a very lean build, masked by all his fluff. It is actually a constant worry as he'll usually stop eating when he's abandoned for a night, and I have to try to sneak him meals which the others don't notice.  Right now he's doing well as I cannot feel all his vertebrae!

You're doing a great job keeping Aiti on her toes! You deserve that box!

That is a great photo of your puss-face.

I think it was some sort of optical illusion the other day when you looked like a little kitty in a little box.

Puna, I am the same way! My human is always trying to get me to eat more and worries about me when she is away. In fact, when she is away, I am separated from the other cats at night so I can eat in peace.

Note to Äiti: I had/have the same problem with Spitty. Up until his "tutoring" this summer, I would practically weep with frustration trying to get him to eat enough to keep body and soul together. For the past six or eight weeks, he was suddenly eating like a champ & it was such a relief. Now, for the past few days, he's tapered off a bit and has been eating amounts greater than Before Tutoring but less than After tutoring. Frankly, he makes me CRAZY, which I think he secretly enjoys. Sigh. I sympathize--every other cat I've ever had would eat as much food as I put in front of them. --end--

Hey, King P--Honestly, People. Don't they have LIVES apart from watching us eat--or not? Pfft. I've been alive for 8 years; OBVIOUSLY I know how to eat, Lady. Sheesh!!!

Are you sure it says medium? It should say PERFECT size. (That goes for both the Royal kitty and the box).

Hey PPP!

Don't worry. Many good kings are not huge sizes. The main thing is, that your KING HEART is big and kind.

But after all... Remember eat, then you stay healt.

Aaaaugh. I'm SO sorry about that embarrassing note the Human left on YOUR blog. They need to take that kind of ridiculous discussion to pee mail where the Whole World doesn't have to read our all our purrsunal bidness, ya know?

Your a PERFECT cat, dear one! And we want you to stay that way so please try to eat. Some of us cats will eat everything and anything and others are so picky. Our mum has to boost the calories in our diet by feeding some of us baby food. Sometimes we eat it sometimes we don't. Mum always says she wishes she were a picky eater.
