No Fun Sunday

Here in the near Arctic realms of Finland (North), we are going through lean times. As much as we despise having cameras pushed in front of us all the time, we are somewhat dismayed that Äiti has taken no photos for about three days. She has also been lying in bed over the weekend. Not in that inviting, cuddly, sleepy way but in a nasty sweaty, fidgety feverish twitchy state so none of us wants to go near her.  We are pleased to report we have been fed, and our facilities cleaned but on all other levels I feel we are being deprived. I am not impressed.
However I have myself been very sleepy (but in safe places away from the major germ-incubator which our human appears to be). Yes, I have been very sleepy.
And it has been hard to keep awake.
But of course I must make an effort.
And sometimes a great big yawn is needed.
Oh yes, that feels better on the tonsils.
Ha. Can I go back to sleep now ?
Seeing as that's all you are doing, Äiti ?

Well I hope she starts feeling better so that she can get back to her serving chores. I can totally relate to your issues too.

Esteemed KKC of Finland, This situation with Aiti is indeed grave. If she does not improve soon and resume previous levels of service, I may be forced by Royal Treaty to send in a replacement model. With all the weighty matters occupying your royal mind, you should not have to contend with defective staff. We'll give it till Monday and reassess. Please send a status report ASAP, Your Majesty.

Cordially, Spitty I

Now, Puna-Chan, are you telling us that not a single one of you is on nursing duties?! Where are the famed Ninja Nurses when they are needed?

We are sending some major purrs for your Äiti to feel better very soon.

PURRrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrs,
The Chans

We have great concern, because humans usually cannot put those flashy boxes down. Perhaps she is having a pre-reaction to school strting again?

Ugh, you poor kitties! It is no fun when humans are sick, they are are useless! I hope yours gets better soon so she can get back to work! I always say "A healthy human is a happy human!"

...and not one of you is in bed to purr comforts in Aiti's ear?

We hope your human feels much better soon. We know she would rather take pictures of her furbabies than suffer some nasty ailment!

It is most inconsiderate of the Humans when they feel ill and don't fulfill their duties properly. We hope Aiti soon feels better so you don't have to be deprived for too long.

Broken Humans are SO inconvenient. Also, they are untidy, spewing various fluids better left unexamined. Shall we ship our Mommy? We could use a rest.

Your poor Aiti! She feels so sick but doesn't fail to care for her beloved family and even keep the facilities up to par. She deserves some extra special purrs and cuddles. What a mum! The best!
