Äiti's holidays are exhausting. She needs entertaining, and this interferes with my schedule. You can see just how tired I am.
Yesterday I had to sit on her for many hours while she read her book and then fell asleep. Luckily she doesn't fidget too much so I was able to sleep a little too. But all in all it was very tiring. Especially when she wakes up and I have to wash her arms. The weather has been beautiful on some days, and then it gets cloudy and a bit wet. This is apparently good for the garden, and it is sometimes nicer to lie in the shade rather than he direct sun. But right now I will take my beauty sleep anywhere - I must be ready to help Äiti through these endless football (that's soccer to you lot in the US) matches she watches, and that will take loads of energy. I thought holidays were meant to be relaxing!

Where are your furblings? LOAFING? You cannot be expected to shoulder this burden alone!
Having humans home sounds like a good idea on the surface, but they are really a lot of work.
We have noticed from other blogs that Beins can be oddly more active on "vacations" than when "working". Ours is home all the time, so it is always the same.
IT sounds like an overwhelmingly exhausting day.
How exhausting. You really must let some other kittehz help you wif the work-load. Who, pray tell, will do the running amok and the tarting???
We can't imagine having to attend to our human for an extended period of time off, so we can only imagine how utterly exhausting it really must be.
We're exhausted just after a normal two-day weekend of having our mom home!
It sounds like jolly hard work. Are you getting extra treats?
Purrs,
The Chans
We can see how exhausted you are. It's lucky you managed to get some sleep.
Beans are so very high maintainence, aren't they!
A kitty's work is never done......
