Mirsku Monday

We have been out playing again. Äiti discovered some of us like chasing little balls in the snow - well, in the absence of mousies, it's not so bad.
And of course we have to maintain the path to Poo Corner.
This is the backwards snow plough technique.
And of course, we have to have our mancat tussles.

Pekka-poika is not going to win this one.
 But he's going to try!
There's an exchange of head thwacks.
But Mirsku's mighty paws will not be beaten.
Pekka-poika does his running away trick.
 Helped on with crafty swipes.
But then he catches Mirsku totally off guard later.
Pekka runs away quickly while Mirsku is left unbalanced and exposing everything.
His head is stuck in the snow. We had a little giggle at this.
We hope Paksu-poika didn't hear us.
Because he looks like he wants a bit of revenge......

You guys are totally snow kitties! I don't think I could ever frolic in such a cold climate - it is fairly warm here in southern California and I am still staying close by the heater!

We are ashamed of our mum. She was roaring with laughter at poor Mirsku. She could at least have tried to hide the fact that she thought it was hilarious.

Poor Mirsku! He looks rather uncomfortable. If it were me, I would have pretended I spotted a mousie in the snow.
