Äiti was home in daylight, and we helped her put up joulukuusi, our tree. Of course the little ninjas had to investigate.
Looks like the tree is not so popular!
The best part is all the presents put underneath it.
I have been guarding them - afterall there is a very important parcel for me there from my girlfriend, Maggie May! I am still swooning over the fact she commented on my blog a couple of days ago.
I still have to wait until ChristmasDay though to open the present. *Sigh*.
But these youngsters have no patience. Jura was right in the bag. Admittedly it is stuffed with things for US!
Maybe this will take my mind off the other parcels........
And the toys do look really interesting......

Psst cats! In Finland Santa comes on 24th Dec evening! Tell your Äiti that you have to follow the local procedure and NOT wait until 25th with the presents!

NO FAIR!! You all are more Cats than US and you got a TREE!?! Our Mommy has a lot to answer for. Or whizz to clean. Whatever.
That pink toy does look like fun, but keep it out of Mirksu's reach! He'll engulf it like an amoeba and that will be the last you see of it, ever.

Oh, and Mommy, aka "Sicko" MIGHTILY enjoyed learning about wobbling. heh heh.

Ooo, what a lovely tree! The lights look like little candles. Do you have any true daylight at this time of year?
The time for Santa to depart on his adventure is almost here! Can you hear any of the reindeer's bells yet? Those little ninja's are into everything, aren't they. Better keep close watch on them or they'll break open Santa's bag and poor Santa will get woefully behind. Not to mention all the little fang marks on the toys.
Are your night time skies filled with the wonderful lights yet? Mum always remembers what you said about them and the kitties that have gone before. Brings warmth to our hearts and tears to our eyes. Lots and lots of love to you. God bless.

We were giving up hope of getting our tree put up this year, but we eventually got chance to help mum on Friday night. Your tree must smell so much nicer than our fake one.
