Mirsku Monday

Mirksu is here washing his vast furs, which has nothing to do with today's post but is the best picture Äiti could come up with. She's not back in the rhythm of our routine yet. We had a great Sunday snuggled with Äiti, but today she had to go to work. But we were delighted when she came home early, and skipped her Finnish class as she felt headachy and yucky. Her luggage still has not turned up, but we are not so bothered as there were no treats in it for us. She tried to explain that her trip had been such a nightmare, she had not even had time to get us yummy presents.  And she reassured us she has no intentions of leaving us again, for a long while. Which is just as well.

Sorry to hear about the still missing luggage.

Well, she will simply have to get you treats locally, won't she?!

It's karma, deserting you all so cruelly. That's why the luggage has gone AWOL.
Maybe Mirksu should heave his vast bulk onto Aiti's lap and nail her down, permanently. Or at least until suppertime.

We're sorry Aiti's luggage still is missing and hope she didn't have anything she can't replace in there. Like favourite clothing or medication or whathaveyou.

We hope she feels better soon too!

Please, see it from the bright side, Puna: If her luggage isn't ever found, she will surely get some money from her travel insurance (or from the airline in question). Then she will surely buy you all new treats and toys and other nice things for the whole sum! And the BOIA will be gone for ever. And will perhaps never be replaced with a new one :)!

No treats?! Well, if her trip was as bad as she says, I suppose you all can forgive her.

That's the best news we've heard all day!

Lost cases? How awful! One hates to think of ones personal belongings being rIffled through by strangers in who knows what country. Once on a short, in country, trip my bag ended up in Greece! Hope it shows up soon.

Don't believe her when she says she is not deserting you again. Our mum tells us that too, but they still go off and abandon us.
