Boxed up Burmese and Impatient Progress

As you may have read, a ninja Burmese occupied MY box on Sunday.
Jaava-ninja wormed her way in, and had to squeeze her way out.
She does look very sweet, but beware the teeth!
 They began gnawing my cardboard!
Nasty! She is perhaps becoming a vampire.
And her claws look pretty mean too.
Aw! But maybe she can be cute too.

Jaava-ninja was very wobbly when she came home yesterday and she looked for a cat to snuggle with. Tuomo-veli was most shocked to find it was him as he was closest! Even he was nice to her and washed her ear. Then she demanded feeding and ate huge amounts. She then crawled up to the sauna, stayed asleep for maybe 5 minutes and went to find Äiti. She snuggled lots with Äiti but as soon as she was well enough managed to remove her bandage. Jura-ninja ran away with it. Her brother wanted to play and was a little rough so he had to spend the night behind a closed door while Jaava-ninja snuggled. She has been licking her stitches and Äiti was told to make a little jacket-bandage for her from a sock. We are still laughing about that as nothing short of a metal strait-jacket will stop Jaava! At least she is spared the Cone of Confinement. - unless she tries to remove her stitches that is. So, her op went well and she is back to monstering......

We luf those pics! Ha-ha! A metal straight-jacket. That sounds like a little butterball at our house too! Glad to hear all is well. xoxo

Yep, I got the feeling that operation would not keep her down for long!

We're so glad Jaava's op went well and that she's back home being her usual (or almost) self! :-)

We think that Jaava looks incredibly Ninja-like in that second photo!

We're glad the op went well and hop she behaves herself re-the stitches.

heh heh...we could have predicted that you couldn't keep Jaava down for long! Mommy says maybe you'll have to wrap her with tinfoil to keep her from the sutures...ha ha ha, Mommy, you crack us up!
