Tummy Tuesday with added Trauma

I present a variety of belly fluff for you consideration. Mirsku-veli is of course revealing everything. Harris-veli is more discrete and shy.
Roosa will not reveal her fluff but she was snuggling the valerian-filled stinky sock and nearly being cute.
Stran-veli was sinking through the access hole in the shelves.
And Pekka-poika was very much blissed out following a snort of the magic valerian.
We are totally amazed that the magic parcel arrived safely and was not intercepted by customs, especially as it was labeled 'valerian root medicine' and apparently is only available here on prescription in small quantities!
Now, loyal readers, prepare to be horrified and outraged. Äiti has noticed I have been a bit quiet and very much wanting to wrap myself across her lap and snuggle. I was not eating much at the weekend and so she arranged a visit from ystävämme eläinlääkäri. Yes, a visit. Now usually such things are social events with lots of tea and pulla, but today was an outrage.
After being grabbed and protesting and sinking my teeth into Äiti's thumb, Stran-veli decided to join me on the kitchen table to keep me in order. At this point I calmed down. But I hope you can see the sheer fury in my eyes.
I am being rehydrated - this will result in more fluid for peemails, just wait and see. But I have to confess, I have been discovered! While I was trying to escape, in a moment of weakness I held my front paw up. Äiti immediately spotted it and the diagnosis was that I had been bitten. This happened when Äiti was away so she did not notice, and the immediate wound had cleared when she got back. So now I am bravely fighting the infection and that's why I have been feeling miserable. And of course the culprit who bit me cannot be identified (I must have been sleeping at the time as no one can get the better of the strength and skill of King Kitty Cat of Finland). Äiti is relieved to know what is wrong, especially as she does not have to wake up every two hours to feed me liquid paraffin because I might be constipated. I can reassure you, loyal readers, there is nothing wrong with my food processing. However Äiti might be awake anyway as her thumb might be a bit painful. Whoops.

Your photos always are wonderful, a true joy to behold (tummies or not). But we're glad the reason for your being "off" now has been discovered and that it's not dire. Healing purrs for your paw and yes, for Aiti's thumb!

You look less than thrilled, Puna! Certainly not as happy as your blissed out sibslings! Now which one of them bit your mighty paw, we wonder? We purr you feel better soon, and Aiti's thumb also.

Mommy thinks it's highly funny that she shipped contraband!

First, we must say that Mirsku-veli looks as cute as a kitten in that photo!

Our commiserations, Puna-Chan, but was it absolutely necessary to bite yourAiti's thumb? We hope you will both be all better soonest.
