Thank you all for your comments. Äiti misread zylkene as zyklon and started laughing away, which was not very nice. But we love the idea of a whole swimming pool to pee and poop in - we demand Äiti digs us a pool, and extends the catio. For some reason she did not like that. But she did buy us a large, uncovered tray and today there have been no incidents (but Tuomo-veli has been asleep).
Now in England the day after Christmas is called Boxing Day, and we think this is an excellent idea and wish everyday to be boxing day. Here is a selection of yesterday's boxing starting with Mirsku-veli trying to fit inside one.
I, of course, claimed this box for my own and began distributing pieces of it across the floor. I also was trying to wrap string around it.
And Ruska is sat neatly in an empty food box. Only his wonderful mane-furs stick out.
And delighted not to be in a box, but next to his hero, Harris-veli is very, very happy here on the reading chair.
Stran-veli does look like he is muttering something to him - no doubt a piece of Britcat advice on how to be braver.

We had no idea what Zyklon was so #1 had to look it up. Yikes! Zylkene is a milk by-product. Honest!!!

We love the Boxing Day photos. Th best by far is yours, Puna-Chan!

Yes, Zyclon would stop the bad behavior...and everything else...which might be a little extreme, even at 3 AM. heh heh.
We agree that there should be multiple boxes (cardboard) out at all times for occupational therapy and chewing.
Good luck with the new litter box! Mommy loves the high sides on the one we have, we can't kick sand everywhere. rats.

We didn't know what Zyklon was either so we had to google it. Definitely too extreme!!!
We think every day should be Boxing Day.

We admit we had to google too! That photo of Harris and Stran is a happy picture! Of course, you in your box is a happy one, too! Zoe wants to thank her orange buddy for supporting her. However, we think her bad behavior is more due to being orange than due to being a girl. Orange cats have a 'crazy' gene - it's true!

Your friend, Fuzzy (who is a girl and gray, therefore good and not crazy)

Strand is so similar to my little Edward! I so enjoyed reading your recipe at Kea's site... I'm desperate to find food that suits Edward's problems. The Vet has him on Royal Canine Sensitivity Control at the moment...
Many blessings to you and all your lovely feline's!
Ann
