It was getting dark when Äiti came home but she still let us out on the catio. There's still snow there but it was too dark to take photos today, so we have some more from the weekend and our fantastic playtime.
Rilli-ukko is one of the first out through the door whenever it is open (he has not mastered the Evil Flap, but this is fine because it dignifies a mancat of his age to use the human door). He is a true Finncat, and Äiti thinks he is putting on a little weight which is wonderful. He likes his special chicken and rice, and has a very clever way of picking the chicken out and leaving the rice behind - not easy given it has been carefully blended !

We agree, you ARE all true northern kitties! And here we thought we in Canada were. Our mom says you can keep the snow, thanks very much!

We're glad Rilli-ukko is doing so well and gaining weight, and that you're all still having fun playing outside!

Mol at Rilli-ukko! Your snow looks like fun to play and explore and your pictures from yesterday made us wistful...but brrr!...we think we are cold weather wimps!

Brrrrrrr! We're shivvering, just watching you in the snow! We prefer our heaty pads, we think.
We prefer door service; the Evil Flap is only used when we can't get Daddy to open the door for us.
