There's never a dull day here. Early this morning Äiti heard noises from the balcony, where Risto and I were having a disagreement. She'll tell you I was screeching, but as you know brave mancats don't do that. This morning there were little bloody pawprints all over the house which Äiti traced to me, and my back leg which of course sent her into a panic because of my naughty kneecap. Now, I am in a bad mood and will not cooperate with paw inspections, and will only let Äiti post an old picture of my front paws. She's not allowed near my back legs and has the claw marks in her shoulders to prove it. However she is satisfied that the blood has stopped, and it is not my knee that hurts. Maybe I have a ripped claw or cut paw pad. But until I get the whole pack of Dreamies or am asleep, she's not going to be able to check. I need my privacy and will demand a snuggle alter when I feel like it.
And as for other injuries- Tuomo-veli has had antibiotic and is happier; he is eating healthily (Äiti did notice that in the two days he had lost his appetite the food consumption in the house halved, and there were no stinky stains). Äiti's hand is healing but the silly doctors didn't give her the special cat-bite antibiotics so she may have to go back for more. And her thumb is numb but can still open food packets so we see no problem there.

Good Lord! Mommy says she feels for Aiti, when Maui came in he really upset everyone and it was very trying until we all worked out our new pecking order.
Punapippuri, we hope you didn't get any festering biteys like your mom, and we are sure there was NO screeching involved. Felix says to keep your kneecap safe and out of trouble!

Mol - We are sure your Aiti is exagerating about your 'screeching'! We hope your disagreement with Risto was nothing serious and you aren't seriously hurt. Glad to hear everyone is on the mend - good to see you have your priorities regarding the food, Punapippuri! ;-/

Hmmmmm... So you were not really very good about giving your Aiti her quiet night, were you?

Now, young man (puts on stern Mama Cat face) you had better let her take a good look at that paw, just in case there is something nasty going on there. Are you listening to me????
