I think there is no better way to spend a wet autumn Saturday than snoozing, and making sure Äiti is around to fulfil our every need. She of course is unhappy that the weather is poor and has been doing jobs like Ruska-proofing the catio tarpaulin (we'll see if that works!), and sorting her endless junk, but now even she has sat down to watch tv and tickle our bellies. She's just had a sauna, and was astonished to see that Ruska had stayed in there all the time it was heating up - normally we leave after ten minutes or so. It must have been nice for him to be warm. He only left when the stones were hissing when she made löylyt. He is truly a brave Finncat.
As you can see perheeni are all enjoying the day - we are very snoozy and chilled, especially as the catio is closed and no one is complaining. Tuomo-veli is snoring, and Stran-veli and Aila-sisko have been enjoying some Britcat time.
This is indeed a rare time of peace and harmony, and it is good to stretch my paws and have no worries for a change. My biggest challenge is how to get myself a space on the sofa later- Mirsku-veli does have a way of filling it.

Peace in the kingdom! At last. All perheeni at rest and snuggly is wonderful.
Punapippuri, you look like a mound of butterscotch custard in your little nest...and we think your tail is magnificent, befitting a King if Finland (North). Maggie May is going to swoon!
