We've had the run of the house and catio for nearly all weekend, but we've drifted back to our respective 'safe places'. Aila tends to stay in Äiti's bedroom but she has been bravely exploring. And the Muhos Gang get the study/office and upstairs balcony. And here Roosa and Risto are sharing a basket in a quickly taken snap before Roosa ran away., She is still shy, despite my attempts to be friendly. I try hard not wave about, nor talk to her about my lovely golden fluffy tail as she has only a tiny, tiny stump. She manages perfectly well without it - it is nice to live with differently-bodied brothers ans sisters.

Roosa is very shy. When I met her she always ran away and didn't allow me to come 2 metres closer. I kept talking to her and giving her treats and she began to answer with the cutest meows xD She got to the stage where she brushed hershelf against my feet and let me even comb her carefully. After the last time she got home from the vet she was sleeping off the drugs and I combed her thoroughly, around the tail too, it was full of excess hair. Couple of times, when I was sitting on the bedside, she jumped beside me, to be petted :) Her sweet spots are behind the ears.. She's very pretty :) As are all ten cats! I enjoy reading your blog, thank you.

We're sure it takes tiume for everyone to settle into their places and routines after a big change like this. It seems to us like you're doing very well, all of you!
