LOL! Thank you - I just love comments! I am glad the new address is working as Äiti has been sat at the computer all evening 'trying to sort something'. She wants us each to have our own page with our histories on.
The English cats' meow is a Finnish miau. They sound very similar, and I got used to the Britcats' accent very quickly (I was a very young pentu when I first heard it, and was also surrounded by them - now we Finncats outnumber the Britcats).
Stran-veli has been able to answer the question about the Britcat origins: they are all from Bristol, but specifically Aila-sisko is from Knowle and Stran-veli is from Southmead. We do not know which district Harris and Lewis are from. Apparently Knowle and Southmead are not very nice areas of Bristol, but Muhos and Raahe are very nice towns near to where we live now. Speaking socio-geographically a very long word which Stran-veli says is ridiculous for someone of my education), we are a mix of farm, house and street cats and of course, royalty as I am of course King Kitty Cat of Finland (North). As I originally come from Muhos, about 2km from where Risto, Roosa and Rilli were found (they also originally were in the fields). I guess we may be distantly related and they also have the blue blood of Finnish royalty. I am not going to tell them that because at the moment we are still a bit hissy together.

If you don't already do so, you could check out the Cat Blogosphere and add your posts to the links:

We joined back in January and it's been fun! But there is no obligation. Just a lot of cat blogs to check out. :-)
