Oh no, I am in trouble....... It started when I had a nice soppy cuddle and realised I quite liked having my tummy fur detangled a little. But then the diabolical comb appeared and I began to wriggle and moan. And before I knew it one of my razor sharp claws was firmly stuck in Äiti's face. Whoops. I ran away very fast and she went to see that she had a deep puncture wound in her cheek. One of perheni did this before and she had to walk around with a sad little plaster because it got badly infected - I hope this does not happen now. It was an accident. I tried to give her silver tabby toy to play with to help her feel better but I am not sure this worked.

Oh noes! Of course you didn't mean to hurt her, Punapippuri. Tell Aiti to clean it real good so it doesn't get infected. Our mom got bit by a feral kitten last week, several times. She was really worried it would get infected but she cleaned it real well and it is all healed now.
Sending healing vibes!

I have been sending out healing purrs and waking Äiti up every hour to check her face is okay, and luckily - because I have such clean paws and claws and am fastidious with litter tray hygiene - there is no swelling. And I even let her tickle my tummy. Now I think she should provide me with a huge breakfast as I have looked after her so well.....
